The adjustment system it is equipped with,\u003cbr\u003eallows for perfect parallelism between the scoring wheel and the rail, eliminating any play.\u003cbr\u003eThis allows both to eliminates any kind of play and to perfectly align the titanium-coated\u003cbr\u003ecutting-wheel to the rail resulting in maximum efficacy, precision and quality of cut.\u003cbr\u003e• The Ø 20 mm (3\/4’) scoring wheel features a special Titanium coating which gives it\u003cbr\u003eextremely high wear resistance; it is also equipped with a built-in bearing to ensure maximum\u003cbr\u003esmoothness, extreme precision and efficacy, and simple and fast replacement.\u003cbr\u003e• The special design of the extruded aluminium profiles ensures very high structural rigidity\u003cbr\u003e(+28% compared to the previous version) and, at the same time, a very low weight.\u003cbr\u003e• Each rails is provided with 3 dual lip suction cups (with release tab) Ø 95 mm (3.7’) made\u003cbr\u003eof stain-free rubber (6 suction cups in total). Suitable for moderately textured tiles too.\u003cbr\u003e• In addition to being very useful when measuring the cut to be performed, the suction cups\u003cbr\u003eprevent RAIZOR MkII PLUS from moving during the incision, thus ensuring maximum precision\u003cbr\u003eand efficacy. Moreover, thanks also to their unique positioning inside aluminium profiles, they\u003cbr\u003eprevent the rail from overturning regardless of the pressure applied to the cutting unit and\u003cbr\u003ethe cutting position.
