Z-Flex Bendable TECHNO Trims are flexible aluminium edge profiles designed to form clean, protective finishes around curved tile and stone installations. The segmented anchoring leg allows each trim to follow radiused edges while the visible face provides a neat, consistent transition.

Installation Guide

Select a profile height that matches the tile thickness and adhesive build-up.
Form the profile gradually to the required curve before final fixing. Avoid sharp kinks or repeated reverse bending.
Trowel tile adhesive over the prepared substrate and press the segmented anchoring leg fully into the adhesive.
Cover the anchoring leg completely with adhesive, align the visible edge, then install and firmly bed the tile.
Maintain the required grout joint between tile and trim; grout and clean in accordance with the tile system specification.

Limitation/Guidance

The 410 mm forming diameter is indicative and should be confirmed with a sample for the selected height and finish. Do not force the profile beyond the point where the visible face distorts. Confirm aluminium compatibility where the installation may be exposed to aggressive chemicals, salts, cement residues or prolonged moisture.
Clean immediately after installation with clean water and a soft cloth. Do not use steel wool, abrasive pads, strong acids, alkaline cleaners or products containing hydrochloric or hydrofluoric acid. Protect finished faces from scratching during installation.
